The same 14-day worry-free return offer applies across markets, with customer-paid change-of-mind return shipping to Hong Kong. Local warehouses are a future plan.
All market orders currently ship from Hong Kong. Local warehouses are planned for the future and are not currently available. Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout; dispatch timing depends on stock and your destination.
Measure mattress width, length and thickness in centimetres and compare exact product dimensions. We supply a plug matched to your delivery destination in every market. Follow the supplied product’s rated voltage and installation instructions; a local plug does not itself convert voltage.
Our 14-day worry-free return offer applies across all markets. Request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Opened or used products are eligible if undamaged and complete with original boxes, packaging, components and accessories. Customers arrange and pay return shipping to Hong Kong. No restocking fee applies. Contact InnoSleep for written instructions and the Hong Kong return address before shipping. Faulty or incorrect goods are handled separately; applicable rights remain unaffected.
